Promotion credits

The credits included in your plan are used first. Need more? Buy a pack of promotion credits with one payment: nothing renews or is charged again, and views are not guaranteed.

When a plan expires or limits decrease, existing listings and records are preserved, and listings already live stay live. If you are over the live-listing limit, you cannot publish new listings until you are below the limit, or renew expiring listings until you are back within it, unless you upgrade. Existing orders keep their accepted refund policy.

Policies and SLAs

Getting paid: The buyer pays cash at delivery and the courier hands it to the seller — Alemiin never holds that money. There is nothing to wait for and no withdrawal fee: 0% commission is structural, not a promotion.
Refunds: Platform minimum: 3 days post-delivery. Free vendors can extend the window up to 14 days on their shop, Pro vendors up to 90.
Disputes: Vendor responds within 48 hours, otherwise the case escalates to an admin (additional 72-hour window).
Hidden fees: None. No signup fee, no per-listing fee (within plan limits), no transaction fee, and always 0% commission.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when I reach the Free plan limit?

Individual Free allows 5 simultaneous posts; seller Free allows 50 active products or listings. You can keep selling existing listings. To add new ones, free up a slot or move to Pro. Existing listings are not deleted.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Each payment buys one month, and nothing is charged automatically. We send you a reminder before your month ends, and you renew by paying again. If you don’t renew, the paid benefits simply end with the month you paid for.

Do agency members share the same plan?

Yes. Agency members use the shop owner’s plan and share its listing limit and benefits. A member’s personal subscription does not change the agency’s plan.
