Surrounded by setbacks

Përshkrimi

In the book “Surrounded by Setbacks: Turning Obstacles into Success” by Thomas Erikson, the author addresses a universal problem: what to do when things go wrong. We all encounter setbacks in our lives, some minor and fixable, while others are completely beyond our control1. Erikson provides actionable steps to help readers identify the “why” behind their goals, create a concrete plan for achieving them, and most importantly, avoid common pitfalls that can derail progress when attempting something new. The book builds upon the simple 4-color behavior system introduced in Erikson’s bestselling work, “Surrounded by Idiots”
