Welcome to Alemiin. By accessing or using our marketplace platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. Buyers agree to complete transactions in good faith. Alemiin serves as a platform connecting buyers and sellers and is not a party to transactions between users.

All transactions on Alemiin currently use cash on delivery (COD) as the payment method. Buyers agree to pay upon delivery of their orders. Refund and return policies are determined by individual sellers, and any disputes should be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.

All content on the Alemiin platform, including logos, design, and software, is the property of Alemiin or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Alemiin a license to display and distribute it on the platform. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.

Alemiin provides the platform on an 'as is' basis and makes no warranties regarding the quality or reliability of products sold by third-party sellers. Alemiin is not liable for any damages arising from transactions between users, including product defects, delivery issues, or disputes.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
