Welcome to Alemiin. By accessing or using our marketplace platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. Buyers agree to complete transactions in good faith. Alemiin serves as a platform connecting buyers and sellers and is not a party to transactions between users.

Orders from shops placed through checkout are paid on delivery: you pay when you receive the order. Listings sold by contact (private sellers, agencies or shops that sell by contact) do not go through checkout: you agree terms and payment with the seller, outside Alemiin. Seller plans and promotions are paid online through POK. Once a checkout order is delivered, you can open a dispute from the order page within the shop's refund window (at least 3 days). The shop has 48 hours to answer, then Alemiin decides within 72 hours; if Alemiin misses that deadline, the dispute closes with a full refund. The shop makes the refund or replacement, because Alemiin does not hold order money. This does not limit your rights under the law.

All content on the Alemiin platform, including logos, design, and software, is the property of Alemiin or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Alemiin a license to display and distribute it on the platform. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.

Alemiin provides the platform on an 'as is' basis and makes no warranties regarding the quality or reliability of products sold by third-party sellers. Alemiin is not liable for any damages arising from transactions between users, including product defects or delivery issues. Alemiin reviews disputes on checkout orders as described under Payments & Refunds, but it is not the seller and does not pay refunds itself.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
