Description
Miltiadh Vevecka u lind ne lagjen Kala te Beratit me 18 maj 1947.Shkollen 7-vjecare , te Mesmen dhe Fakultetin e Mjekesise e kreu ne Tirane, ku u diplomua <Mjek i Pergjithshem>, ne Korrik 1970. Pas kesaj kreu stazhin 2-vjecar ne Spitalin Qendror Tirane per <Mjek fshati>. Ne vitet 1972-1975 u specializua ne kliniken e Psikiatrise, ku punoi si asistent pedagog ne Katedren e Neuropsikiatrise. Ne vitin 1957 mbrojti disertacionin dhe eshte “Doktor i Shkencave Mjekesore”.
