Thallóczy e botoi tekstin në vitin 1898 me pseudonimin prej nji Gege që don vendin e vet dhe me titull Tnnollunat e Shqypniis dhe e justifikon botimin e tij si nevojë e cila duhej ti bënte shqiptarët gegë dhe toskë të ngulisin në kokë tre pikëpamje kryesore që ishin të njohura për publikun evropjan, por të panjohura për shqiptarët: Ata formojnë një popull më vete: Kanë pas vetes së tyre një histori të lavdishme; dhe për këtë u lind e drejta të shpresojnë edhe te një e ardhme politike.
