Wooden and Felt Zoo Play Set

Description

The Tooky Toy Wooden and Felt Zoo Play Set pairs a durable wooden base with soft felt animals for open-ended zoo play with toddlers and preschoolers. The wooden base features kid-friendly edges that stay smooth through daily use, while the felt animals add bright colors and a different texture for sorting, naming, and arranging scenes. This combination supports storytelling, counting, color recognition, and simple sequencing without any fixed script or batteries. The set stays compact enough to fit on a shelf or travel bag, and both materials clean easily: wipe the wood with a damp cloth and spot-clean the felt pieces. Key details • Wooden base and felt animals designed for repeated handling by young children • Washable felt pieces and wipeable wood surfaces • Portable size for home corners, daycare rooms, or short trips Parents and teachers use the pieces for language prompts such as naming animals or describing actions, and for grouping by color or counting practice. The set works on its own or alongside other wooden play sets from the same maker to expand the scene. Store the pieces in a dry spot after play to keep colors and shapes intact over time.
